We, the staff of UPM residential colleges are committed to excellence through the application of quality culture in providing efficient, honest and friendly services and hospitality to fulfil our clients' expectations by ensuring that:-

  1. Complaint will be answered within 2 working days.
  2. College student placement decisions will be informed within 3 weeks before the end of the semester.
  3. Customer feedback/client communication notified within 3 working days in U-Response.
